Course Details

Biotechnology is an interdisciplinary science, which encompasses the study of biology, physics, chemistry, mathematics and engineering. Its related fields are Biochemistry, Microbiology and Genetic Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria:

Pass in Pre-University / Higher Secondary / 10+2 or equivalent of any recognized Board or Council with 40 % aggregate in science subjects.

(10+2 in Science (Without Biology) or equivalent can also apply for admission , but in this case students has to undergo a foundation course in Biology in the first semester).


Course Duration:
 

  • The course duration of B.Sc in Biotechnology is three years.
  • The course is based on semester system and each semester is of 6 months.

ok sir you have decided to codcnut NEET exam from 2012. as per my knoeledge i have not found in any of your website regarding reservations on NCC quota. i think you have have omitted the national programme. also no clear pictureregarding state minorities caste details and seat matrix for NCC( IF IT EXISTS), HANDICAPPED,SC/ST, NRI, DEFENCEPERSONS QUOTA so many aspects are not clear. please specify all the matter clearly well before at least one year other than syllabus. i think it is better to start NEET exam from 2013-2014
